Making a silk pillow: the finishing touches step by step | Batik technique by TothAjhsa

Описание: In this video, I show you the post-production of my hand-painted silk pillows.
Because a unique decorative pillow consists not only of the joyful part of painting, but also of many small, important steps that give it the final quality.

In the recording, you see the moment when I take the semi-finished pillowcase, wrapped in several layers of newspaper, out of the steamer. At this point, the pattern is already fixed, but the pillow is not yet sewn together.

Then I let it rest for another 24 hours, then it is washed, dried, ironed and finally sewn together.
The last step is when I put the finished cover on the pillow and take the photos of it.

Every piece is handmade in my atelier with natural pigments and batik technique.

Ebben a videóban a kézzel festett selyempárnáim készítésének utómunkáit mutatom meg.
Mert egy egyedi díszpárna nem csak a festés örömteli részéből áll, hanem sok apró, fontos lépésből is, amelyek a végső minőséget adják.

A felvételen azt a pillanatot látod, amikor a párázóból kiveszem a több réteg újságpapírba csomagolt, még félkész párnahuzatot. Ilyenkor a minta már rögzült, de a párna még nincs összevarrva.

Ezután még 24 órát pihentetem, majd következik a kimosás, szárítás, vasalás és végül az összevarrás.
A legutolsó lépés, amikor felhúzom a kész huzatot a párnára, és elkészítem róla a fotókat.

Természetes pigmentekkel, batikolt technikával, kézzel készült minden darab az atelieremben.
