Director of the CSIS Intelligence, National Security, and Technology Program Emily Harding will moderate a discussion between the former director of the United States National Counterterrorism Center Michael Leiter and CSIS senior fellow Dan Byman as they examine the tactics, scale, and global ramifications of the Hamas October 7 attack.
