We fashioned cozy lights with fluorescent ink for our mini trees using flow-focusing PDMS droplet generators.To shake things up a bit, a snow globe filled with edible snowflakes (made from rice milk alginate beads! #moleculargastronomy) brings the comfort of fresh snow falling to the palm of your hand.
