Cheese Chiffon Cake
Cake Batter:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh milk or water
7 pieces eggyolks
Meringue:
7 pieces eggwhites
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tablespoon cream of tartar
Bake in a preheated oven at 170•c for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the chiffon cake immediately and turn upside down so it won't sink or deflates.
