Step-by-Step Guide on how To reduce powerpoint file size:
1. Open the powepoint file you wish to reduce in size.
2. From the ribbon at the top click on picture format the select compress pictures.
3. Unselect Apply only to this picture to apply the setting to every picture inside the powerpoint.
4. Click on e-mail in the resolution tab then hit okay.
5. Click on save to save the file to your selected destination folder.
