The mating continues for our beloved Eagles of Jacomo. We still do not have any eggs in the nest as of 2-15-2026. They are both very active near the nest now that the ice has melted and they have access to their fish supply again. I was there early in the morning on February 15th when J2 (the male adult American Bald Eagle) dove into the lake to retrieve a fish that was too big for him to fly away with. He had to swim to shore with it clutched in claw.
In this video, I will share my thoughts on the actions of this day as they unfold in front of me. I am giving you details on what I am seeing and recording in the video you are watching.
