Hank McCoy, also known as The Beast, is being tried for trespassing on the property of Trask Industries during a covert mission with the X-Men. Although he is completely innocent, with the Mutant Control Agency doing very questionable things, he is being regarded badly solely because of his mutancy. His beautiful words about how a human and a mutant feels the same about the world are ignored. He is to be unjustly put behind bars. As Logan and Scott watch with great sadness, all of a sudden a massive figure appears in the court room - Wolverine's old nemesis, Sabretooth. He has something to say about Beast's trial, for he too has experienced hatred from bigoted humans who did not take his appearance seriously.
