I'm pedaling the KickR Core "smart trainer" that I bought in 2021. I'm very happy with the purchase as it has been INVALUBLE to staying both physically and mentally in shape during the long winters in Yooperland where I live. My bike's difficulty setting is set all the way to the most difficult setting and I try to only use the harder of the two (digital) chain rings in the front at all times. If the gradient absolutely demands it from me I will flip down to the "easy" chain ring in the front like a pussy. I absolutely recommend these indoor zwift setups or any of the other pedaling/jogging platforms. It can and will make you a stronger human and a stronger cyclist. Every dollar spent on one of these rigs is a dollar spent on your own health, you just gotta make sure and use it.
