With the main feature here being Sonic 4 Modified Rom Sprites, the mod here simply replaces all of Sonic's sprites with the sprites from the Rom Modification known as Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Genesis (Episode I & II).

A new recent update to this now includes sprites for Tails & Knuckles (plus Knuckles' sprites during cutscenes).
