Here are some Dancer Back Flexibility exercises for you to warm up and stretch your back before and after dancing. Enjoy this 5-minute back stretch routine that I created for you! It will help you improve your back flexibility, a very important characteristic of any dancer.
You can do this workout in the studio/at home or outside as I did (Just make sure that you're not gonna bump into a golf car lol)!
