Ingredients - Corn Salad
Corn - 1 cup
Red bellpepper - 1/2 cup
Yellow bellpepper - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Oregano - 1/2 tbsp
Powdered Black Pepper- 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Nachos - 1 medium plate
Mayonnaise - 120 grams
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Method - Corn Salad
1. In boiling water add corn and boil them for 5 min and strain them.
2. Take chopped onions,chopped bell peppers and mix them with corn.
3. Add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and mix all the ingredients.
4. Then add oregano,salt and powdered black pepper.
5. Serve corn salad with Nachos and garnish with Oregano.
6. Enjoy Corn Salad!
