This film, with an introduction by Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, describes the struggle of the South Vietnamese people to develop their nation in the midst of war. Scenes portray the role of American servicemen and present interviews with U.S. government officials and military personnel who had firsthand knowledge of building efforts in South Vietnam. The film is narrated by John Wayne.
