It’s easy to put together and your family will love it, but you will love it more because it’s all prepared in one skillet ready to go. This is one of those recipes that I love to prepare because it takes minutes to put together then the oven does the rest of the work. I love to side it with mashed potatoes, coleslaw and homemade dinner rolls, but you can serve it with your favorite sides. INGREDIENTS _______________________
2 CHICKEN LEGS (skin on)
3 CHICKEN THIGHS (skin off)
1 C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp ONION POWDER
1 tsp PAPRIKA
1/2 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER (optional )
3/4 C. VEGETABLE OIL
SALT to your liking
PEPPER to your liking

GRAVY___________________
3 Tbsp oil (from frying chicken, discard the rest)
1/3 medium onion (Jullienned)
1 minced garlic clove
3 Tbsp flour mixture (used for breading chicken )
2 1/2 Chicken broth (i used 2 1/2 C. waters x2 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon )
1 C. Milk
1 bay Leaf
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 tsp crushed Rosemary
Salt to your liking
Pepper to your liking
