This Wood Can Be a Challenge to Turn but Is Worth Every Minute!

Описание: In today's video, I decided to take it easy and turn a natural edge bowl from one of my favorite woods to turn; sweet gum! Now I have always heard sweet gum can be a pain due to how it loves to twist and crack and don't get me wrong, it absolutely loves doing that but in my experience, sweet gum is some of the prettiest wood out there. It has been a while since I have turned any but recently got a few logs dropped off at the shop so hang out with me as I turn this beautiful natural edge bowl in this more ASMR style video with one exception!
