Spring Is Waking Up in Rural Bosnia 🇧🇦 | A Walk Through Hidden History

In this video, I take you on a relaxed walk through the countryside near Stolac, exploring rural Bosnia in the middle of February — when winter is quietly stepping aside and spring is starting to make itself known.

Along the way, you’ll see:
• Cherry blossom beginning to bloom 🌸
• Fig trees just starting to shoot
• Daffodils out in full colour
• Trees slowly waking up after winter

And then, completely by chance, I stumble across something unexpected — the remains of a 5th-century Christian church, the oldest piece of history I’ve ever stood beside. Just sitting there, quietly, in the middle of nowhere.

This is what I love about exploring places like this. No crowds. No hype. Just real landscapes, real culture, and the kind of moments you only find when you slow down and wander.

I finish the video with a quick look back at some of the best viewpoints I’ve seen over the last week of travelling around Bosnia and Herzegovina — an area that really shouldn’t be flying under the radar.
