The Automatic Double Dimensional Saw (DD Saw) is a high-precision machine engineered for fully automated trimming of panels on all four sides. It begins by trimming the panel along its longer side using high-speed blades rotating at 6000 RPM. Once the length-side trimming is complete, the panel is automatically rotated 90 degrees, allowing the head and tail ends to be precisely cut by two additional cutters.

The entire process—from panel loading to final trimming—is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. After trimming, the panel is transferred to a scissor lift via pneumatic pushers, where all edges are aligned for consistency.

The machine can handle panel thicknesses of up to 60 mm and supports multi-piece processing, allowing 10 pieces at 6 mm, 5 pieces at 12 mm, or 3 pieces at 19 mm to be trimmed simultaneously. Each cycle takes approximately 30 seconds, enabling two complete trimming cycles per minute, ensuring high productivity and precise panel sizing.
