🔴 Gilgit-Baltistan
🔴 AJK — subject to constitutional and political consensus

But the proposal goes much further.

It also envisages a directly elected powerful President, abolition of the National Assembly, the Senate becoming the sole federal legislature, and major restructuring of Pakistan’s constitutional system.

The critical question now is:

Has an alleged GHQ planning proposal moved towards an operational demarcation exercise?
