Giving criticism and 'negative feedback' can be quite tricky because it’s a sensitive topic. Not everyone will take feedback the same way.

Using the sandwich method will build better rapport and relations to communicate across ’criticism’ or ’negative’ points without seeming so harsh at the same time.

The Sandwich technique can make those hard to swallow suggestions more palatable and digestible.
