✅ Ingredients:
1 medium-sized broccoli
150g spaghetti
2 cheese slices
10-12 cashews (soaked)
6 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp wheat flour
¼ cup water
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp oil or butter
Salt, pepper powder, and chili flakes (to taste)
✅ Steps:
1️⃣ Blanch broccoli in salted hot water for 5 minutes. Blend into a fine paste with soaked cashews.
2️⃣ Cook spaghetti in boiling water with salt and oil until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Heat oil/butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add broccoli puree and wheat flour, mix well, and cook for a minute.
5️⃣ Pour in milk, water, cheese slices, and salt. Stir and cook until creamy.
6️⃣ Add the cooked spaghetti, sprinkle pepper and chili flakes, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
7️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy this creamy, healthy broccoli spaghetti!
