2024 ADM Internship Orientation Recap: Early Career Opportunities at ADM

Описание: Interested in early career opportunities through an ADM internship? Watch what our 2024 interns had to say about their experience at ADM and what they are taking home from it.

160 summer interns representing over 50 universities from across the United States and Canada convened for an orientation in Decatur, Illinois, before heading out to their 12-week ADM internships at 26 different locations.

Gabrielle Givers, a 2nd year intern in Human Resources, described the fun of getting to know the other interns and participating in networking events and other activities.

Noting the Farm to Fork dinner, 1st year Account Management intern Isabelle Lee enjoyed being able to connect with industry professionals, as well as the meal-building project. Colin Hackett, a 2nd year intern in Production Engineering, also talked about the rewarding experience of building nearly 60,000 meals.

As a 1st year intern in Animal Nutrition, Aspen Foster appreciated the ADM internship leaders keeping them on their toes and teaching them about the kinds of products and services that ADM provides.

Givers discusses how ADM invests in interns on an individual basis, catering to their early career needs. Lee also notes how the skills gained during an ADM internship can apply to different professions, helping to create business relationships in the future.
