Niyas clearly states that he still respects Vaisakhan Thampi as a person and speaker.

However, respect does not mean agreement.
According to Niyas, many lectures delivered in the name of science—particularly on quantum physics, cosmology, the origin of the universe, and arguments against the existence of God—lack scientific clarity and frequently contain misinformation or philosophical confusion. He argues that labeling something as “science” does not automatically make it scientific.
