Attempting to answer one of the frequently asked questions about kei cars - what are they like on the motorway? Can a kei car do 70 mph?
In this video I take a 2011 Daihatsu Tanto out for a drive on a dual carriageway with a 70 mph speed limit to find out if it can achieve the speed limit.
I've also got a rev counter hooked up too, so we can see how fast the engine is spinning at 70 mph.
