The NRM Presidential candidate Yoweri Museveni returned to the campaign trail today after a three-day break, with a word of caution to the people of Manafwa district to treat health as a priority.
President Museveni also noted that there have been key achievements, like electricity, in Manafwa, but has promised more developments, to be carried out in phases.
