Feels like back in 1995 and even worse. Completly unusable, if you would like to reproduce your results more than a single time.
Annoying, slow web-gui on some strangers computers on the other side of the world.
Glowforge doesn't make the sourcecode OpenSouce, nor don't they wanna add lightburn-support.
Even adding a simple text (which every free and open source software can do since ages) requires a pro-subscription.
But pro-subscription hat NO features anybody working with lasermachines would ever need.
I would recommend:
IN ANY CASE get a machine that is lightburn compatible, don't buy Glowforge machines!
Most expensive crap I've ever bought...It's only wasting your time, not giving you control over your data, buggy, slow...really, reallyannoying!
Technically the machine is quite useable. But this software is complete useless!
