👨⚕️Advanced Repair: I was thinking one step ahead. I transplanted the "bad IC" to another DOT out of an iPhone 13 Pro and tried to read it again. Now no more i2c Error and i could save data out of the chip. So the issue was directly in the flex, not in the chip itself.
