A few days ago we got the Tyrande vs Sylvanas cinematic as a newest addition in 9.1. It has been a long expected duel between the night warrior and the banshee queen, however just as Tyrande was about to finally deal with Sylvanas, for some reason Elune revoked her powers and Sylvanas was able to escape.

This got many of us wondering what was even the point of the night warrior if Elune is just going to abandon Tyrande when she needed her the most. Did Elune actually spare Sylvanas, did she want to save Tyrande and what exactly was the storyline behind this newest 9.1 cinematic?
