Ingredients :
Rice, moong dal, tuvar dal, spinach puree, green peas, sweet corn, tomato, green chilli ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, lemon juice, salt, water, Akshayakalpa ghee
How to Make Spinach Matar Corn Khichdi :
Wash rice, moong dal, and tuvar dal thoroughly.
Pressure cook with water, turmeric, and salt until soft.
Heat Akshayakalpa ghee in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and dry red chilli.
Add green chilli ginger paste and sauté lightly.
Add tomato, peas, corn, and spinach puree. Cook until vegetables soften.
Add red chilli powder and mix well.
Add cooked rice and dal. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and serve hot.
