Описание: Welcome to the first episode of my SAS course! I'll be tackling Base SAS concepts and try to help you better understand the SAS system, with the ultimate goal of passing the Base certification.

Episode 1 is actually a 2-for-1 special as it also contains an introductory bit of background on SAS and myself. The main part of this episode is the "program data vector" or PDV system in SAS. It is a fundamentally important part of understanding SAS, so please pay attention and don't proceed to the next video unless it makes sense to you!
