This annual bike ride started in the 80's as the South Wales Bike Ride.
It then became the British Heart Foundation Bike Ride (BHF) and was supported by the local radio station The Wave. The start venue used to be The Vetch Field and there would be various stalls and entertainment.
The route around the Gower has changed over time but is still very challenging.
The current start and finish is now opposite the original location at Secrets on the seafront.
There are 2 routes for the event - a Family Ride at 12 miles and the full ride at 35 miles with over 2000feet of climbing.
We completed this year's ride on our Tilly 2 Tandem, an Orbit Velocity from @jdtandems9668
