Moltbot–now OpenClaw and previously known as Clawdbot–is a personal AI agent or assistant. This is your personal agent that sits on your computer.

Moltbook is the platform that puts this bot out to the public. It launched as a social media style site where these agents appear to have profiles. They post messages and respond to one another. To an outside observer, it can look like a network of bots interacting without human involvement. In the past month, tools like Claude Cowork and OpenAI’s Codex have shocked and awed in the past month. On the 2nd of February, Moltbook had more than 1.5 million AI agents had signed up.
