Bar Council of India (BCI) has finally cleared confusions regarding AIBE 2023 exam mode, bare acts, and application correction details.
some important questions answered by Bar Council of India
1- exam will be held in offline mode
2-Bare Acts will be allowed
3- Bar Act without short notes are allowed but in case .In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to discretion of the Examiner/Invigilator
4- Admit card download link will be activated form 30th onwards
