I don’t go to the gym since February 2020.
Here’s what I do instead 👇🏼
I started to learn about holistic fitness and started to implement
I used to think that I needed a gym to work out and be fit.
But now it’s more than 5 years without going to the gym.
And I’ve never been that fit in my entire life.
1️⃣ I created my morning routine so that I work out consistently.
2️⃣ I shifted my identity from “I am the one that goes 3 times a week to the gym” into “I am a mover”.
3️⃣ My fitness level begins with the area that has the most impact:
my food choices.
4️⃣ I prioritize my physical, mental, and emotional well-being instead of solely focusing on my body.
5️⃣ I have completely eliminated the "diet mindset" and I am confident that I will never need to go on a diet again.
My unfair advantages:
➔ I'm a certified nutrition coach and I am helping hundreds of other people to improve their fitness holistically.
