Thanks for stopping by. I'm so happy for get this one done. This song should have absolutely been on the album. The solos are a bit difficult to figure out in some spots due to the speed they are played (tabs available were pretty bad).
I'm not the most proficient bass player performance and mixing wise so when it came to the intro I decided to just play the intro when its playing by itself so you get the gist out what's being played and stop when the guitars came in (the bass part just repeats through out the rest of the intro).
For the outro I can hear two tapped bass parts plus two other parts playing a simple two part harmony. I believe it hasn't been specified if it is a guitar or a bass playing the two part harmony but I think due to the bass tapping and Paolo's writing credit for the song a bass was used to play those parts. Thats what my ears can pick out at least. Though you can play them on guitar just as easy.
Fun fact the lead part playing in the chorus was actually recorded in early July, I had been trying to cover the song since then but the new album and it’s songs started coming out so I left it and picked it back up recently, rerecording the rest.
Keep an eye out for a little stuff up going into the second verse I left in because I was enjoying the take and a fly that got stuck in the room. Cheers
