Recipe:
Ingredients
2 Cups Plain Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Sugar
Jam
2 Eggs
125g Butter

Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2. Cream the sugar and butter by beating with an electric mixer. add one egg and mix in. Repeat with the other egg.

3. Sift in the flour and baking soda. Stir until well combined.

4. Roll small balls and place on baking tray covered with baking paper. Create a hole in the centre of the ball. Fill the hole with jam.

5. Bake for 15 minutes.
