The Decider Protocol, from "Software for your Head" and the "Core Protocols" is a great little technique for team decision making quickly and safely. It feels a bit mechanical in the beginning, but it is one of the most effective techniques out there for getting everyone's input when making group decisions. And as a side benefit, it makes things safer and more comfortable for those involved.
