Описание: Tips for Site Marking and Excavation : Load-bearing structures are one of the earliest forms of construction. A load-bearing construction is built over a bearing wall  that acts as an active structural element of a building, which holds the weight of the elements above it, by conducting its weight to a foundation structure below it. This has limitations of inner spaces unlike a column construction but has advantages of being more eco friendly and uses less steel. (this is apt hence for farm constructions if the soil is hard as you may not need large spans and work with local labour) am trying this type of construction and We started digging foundation for this structure. though it looks simple it has few basic important key notes to follow. I will try to post few tips here once in a while. hope you all enjoy.
