Hey; everyone! Welcome BACK to Heat My Shorts!
This afternoon I am revisiting two versions of the same sauce that also happens to be one of my very favorites of all time! Stargazer from Pepper North, just over in Ontario!

They seem to have maintained a very similar heat on this new recipe. Maybe a LITTLE hotter? The lime is dialed-up and the Maple flavor seems a BIT less prominent. I really love this sauce! GREAT all-around!!
