Cinnamon Stick (കറുവപ്പട്ട) - 1½ Inch Piece
Cloves (ഗ്രാമ്പൂ) - 4 Nos

Star Anise (തക്കോലം) - 1 No
Mace (ജാതിപത്രി) - a little
Bay Leaf - 1 No
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 No
