Описание: We’re back on site in Stony Plain, Alberta taking you on a full walkthrough of this massive 61,000 sq ft twin recreational facility in partnership with SEKO Construction, with JEN COL leading as the general contractor.

This project is no small build — the heaviest rafter we lifted into the air came in at roughly 54,000 lbs 🏋️‍♂️, which required a detailed and well-engineered bracing plan to execute safely and precisely. The structure itself is a hybrid system, combining a Pre-Engineered building with conventional structural steel, bringing together efficiency and strength in one design.

Up next, we’ll be installing the thermal deck roof, followed by wrapping the exterior with a KINGSPAN insulated panel system, providing structure, insulation, and finished interior/exterior surfaces all in one.

Inside the facility, the community will soon have access to:
🥌 Curling rink
🏀 Basketball court
🏃 Suspended running track

Everything has been progressing smoothly, and our collaboration with SEKO Construction and JEN COL has made the project move seamlessly from stage to stage. Great communication and teamwork are what make projects of this scale successful.
