First day as a Government Sales Intern

Описание: a short story about how my internship goes in January.

What are my thoughts about this first week? Well, it was a new experience to me, and I get bit by bit what my work duty here is, and I can still go through it. In fact, I do love traveling alone on this journey. Yeah, I can't deny it was repetitive work. And sometimes I do doubt that I will only complete this entire internship by doing this repetitive work, and you can say that I do feel that sometimes I don't feel like I cannot grow here, but at the same time I was thankful that the offer of the company was preferable to me. (well, may allowance kasi, HAHA) Maybe I just need to widen my social circle of people who are with me in the workplace so that I can learn from them even in that little way. When this internship is finished, the real journey will kick in for me really soon, and I hope my future self is doing okay from there. To conclude here, I will only update you guys weekly; daily seems a little tiring to do. ^^

Today is the day I was deployed, and I am excited about this day before I go back a little about why I chose MCX International Inc. as my internship. In mid-December 2022, I started looking for a company, and my friend recommended their company to me and I took it as reassurance since it was nearby to my house then Kysam and I decided to enjoy the rest of the holiday, and then January came up so quickly, we look a company that nearby from us and passed they're and passed it their then no response to our internship application and miracle happens that one of my friends invite me to apply on Ortigas and decided to take up the offer and I decided to invite sam as well to join us. A lot of things happened here during this Ortigas internship, but long story short, I wasn't able to join their training, and then they left me to look for another company because they were only looking for 4 interns, and 5 interns applied to them. So, I'm back again to look up and search for a company. I was ready to travel long distances and prepare to board with my relatives if I had to. then chance appear again and MCX International just happen to look for another 1 intern thanks to Gerald who already started here and invite me for the second time due I was hoping to intern in Ortigas, and for that offer, I did not hesitate to take up the offer and immediately The Day After Tomorrow I starting the internship.

On the internship's first day, I honestly did not sink into what Ms. Grace telling me about the nature of work but thanks to tina besides me, I was able to up the repetitive work.

Won't you ask what happen that day? of course, I was the half-slept person that day due to its excitement to start, who wouldn't be excited for a daily allowance of 150, Haha. then after the lunch break, I was so sleepy that time and full stomach as well and I couldn't stop falling as well, I'm telling you, it's a good thing my boss didn't catch me that day, Thanks Cleamentina! Haha.

After that, before 3 pm, my work was already done, and the remaining hours were only put into things like reading my weekly accomplishment report from the start to the end of the internship.

by the way, I was assigned as a Government Sales Intern who collects the information of different client agencies and inputs them to excel to easily select or identify the client's detail with the bid amount and date of bidding.

today was my first late on the internship because "The Current" was taken apart to lead the Flag Raising Ceremony and I was late almost 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I was able to request to half-day but decided to be late arrival only and continue my work assign as a government sales intern today.

My classmate here took only a half-day due to their lack of requirements for internship and graduation, so now I was writing this today because I did my quota and am lonely at my desk, quietly doing this, Haha.

There is nothing now to do anyway, but I do realize that working was tiring and that doing the same day every working day, means that adulting is imminent.

I'm going to end this now, I don't know what to do; my wifi is couldn't connect to the internet, and I am now super bored, I hope I can go through this journey to April 2023. Go Bryan FIghting!
