Eldorado to Adelong, stopping in Beechworth, Bright, Mt Hotham, Wallace Hut, McNamara Hut, Mitta Mit

Описание: This Epic tour is two wheel drive only, exploring incredible country through both the Victorian & NSW High Country. We discover the increadible gold mining towns between Eldorado to Harrietville, the amazing history of Beechworth, and then travel through Stanley, Mytrtleford before staying the night at Bright.

the next morning I head to Harrietville another great small town with so much character before climbing the mountain to see Mt Hotham and Dinner Plains. Dinner Plains is the only privately owned dwellings in the snowline.

I then do a U-turn and head back passing Harrietville on the way to Mt Beauty where I get an amazing photo of Mt Bogong. Passing through Mt Beauty I head to Falls Creek before exploring the ski field and heading to Mt Makay and Pretty Valley Hut.

I then head along the Bogong High Plains Road to the oldeset Hut in the High Country, Wallace Hut was so amazing. I then head a short distance down the Bogong High Plains Rd before reaching McNamara Hut.

I then travel to the Blue Duck Inn at Anglers Rest, unfortunately the operation was closed, a qick sale was had as the large Actions sign was up. definately be back with a great camp spot on the Mitta Mitta River on the other side of the bridge.

I then slowly head north making my way home, I pass through Corryong which I have released a previous video before, Canberra to Corryong.

the next intersting towns were Walwa and Jingilic, before arrivng into Adelong to look at the old gold mining works, I will definately stay at Adelong in the future to explore this local area.
