‘Returning to Soil’ is a documentary on alternative schools in Tamil Nadu. The primary focus of this documentary is on the schools that belief in learning with nature. Learning comes from within and your surroundings. RETURNING TO SOIL is a documentary on education that helps children build a sustainable future. We, as kids may have had lots of opportunities to learn in an environment where we cherished every moment by learning practically and joyfully. But unfortunately, the present generation of kids are getting dehumanised by this commercialised world. This documentary is a step towards returning to the ways how education was where kids can grow with nature but not destroy it and live a sustainable life away from all the stress.
