Our new Coaxial Cartridge Filler can be quickly set up to fill popular 2-component universal(coaxial type) cartridges manufactured by Sulzer(MixPeel), Nordson EFD(U-Tah) and more.
In this video we demonstrate the filling and changeover process.
This machine includes an integrated piston/chamber inserter that also acts to provide resistance against the piston/chamber as the cartridge is filled. The machine employs two positive displacement, piston-type meters, the volume of which is easily and individually adjustable per component.
