Taken from F1 World Grand Prix for PS1.
The car vrooming sound at the beginning of the Video System logo variant can be only heard when starting up the game, but after waiting long enough on the title screen, the car vrooming sound is absent. Also notice the black bar at the bottom of the screen - it's the video file itself though.
