Here we are at Cotswold Airport and we were just visiting to see what's about. In this video you get a double surprise. We first visited on the 8th which was VE Day and was the 80th Anniversary. Anywho, Grey Nurse arrived just after we did and was taking paying punters for their experience of a lifetime. Later in the day, we heard jet engines running. We had just came back from the car after having a drink and heard them. It was the China Southern airliner that had gone out the day before and had to turn back due to a fault. The aircraft flew out the following day.
The 10th gave us another surprise. Another Spitfire called "Lady Ellen III" arrived also for flight experience. There is a data sheet at the end of the video about her. Pause the video to read it. There were some aircraft I hadn't seen before. You never know, there might be a few you hadn't either.
