All-purpose flour – 130 g

Baking powder – 1½ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Granulated sugar – 115 g
Large eggs (room temperature) – 2
Plain yogurt (room temperature) – 100 g
Milk (room temperature) – 90 ml
Vegetable oil – 80 ml
Vanilla powder – 1 tsp
Hot water – 70 ml
Instant coffee (optional) – ½ tsp
Chocolate Ganache :
Dark or semi-dark chocolate – 120 g
Hot cream – 60 ml
Butter (optional, for shine) – 10 g

Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk the eggs
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until the mixture becomes pale, fluffy, and light in texture.
2️⃣ Add wet ingredients
Add yogurt, milk, and oil. Mix gently until well combined.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients
Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
4️⃣ Add hot water
Pour in the hot water and mix again until the batter becomes glossy and well combined.
5️⃣ Bake the cake
Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 40 minutes.
6️⃣ Prepare the chocolate ganache
Heat the heavy cream over low heat until warm (do not boil).
