Описание: (SK) Mentálne retardovaný Edward, ktorý v bytovke terorizoval susedov prenasledovaním po nočných chodbách, bol zabitý pri policajnej razii. Počas bytovej prehliadky bolo nájdené telo jeho niekoľko rokov mŕtvej matky.

Obyvatelia dúfali, že týmto sa ich utrpenie skončilo, ale v budove sa začali diať nevysvetliteľné veci. Edwardov byt sa nedarí predať a susedia, ktorí sa k nemu chovali neúctivo za záhadných okolností umierajú. Hlavná hrdinka Kelly, ku ktorej Edward prechovával neopätované city, začína tušiť, že Edward je späť, aby sa pomstil a zobral si ju so sebou.

(EN) A mentally ill person Edward is occupying a flat in an apartment building. One night when a woman from a neighborhood is taking her dog for a walk and the dog smells a vulgar odor emanating from Edward’s apartment, Edward starts madly hounding her. Her husband Jorge comes back home and finds her in their apartment dying of a heart attack. Edward is inside and Jorge assail him with a baseball bat.That night the police enter Edward’s apartment and among the huge mess they find a decomposing body of his mother. Edward suddenly shows up, resists and during the shootout is killed by an officer.

The residents believed this was the end of their torture, but things get even worse when a girl Kelly notice some inexplicabale paranormal activites in the building. Another neighbor sees a light and a shadow in Edward’s empty flat and then his effigy appears to Jorge in the building’s hall. Kelly’s six year old brother Aaron begins sleepwalking and a few days later there is a mysterious death of Jorge who assailed Edward with a baseball bat. He is found in a completely damaged flat with that same bat shoved down his throat.

The detective with police officers returns, because the fingerprints from the bat belong to a kid and they suspect Kelly’s brother, Aaron. Possessed by Edward's spirit Aaron locks himself into the elevator and while rescuing him, the officer who shot Edward gets both of his legs cut off when the cabin falls on him.

Edward’s evil entity confronts Kelly that he will never stop until she kills herself so they can be together on the other side... Kelly tells him that she never felt any deep feelings for him and in the name of his unfulfilled love, the angered Edward goes after her current boyfriend, Ryan. As Edward's mad chase after Ryan ensues, Kelly risks her life to keep her boyfriend alive. During her family's attempt to escape from the building Aaron tries to kill their father by a car. At this time Kelly decides she must stay behind and face Edward to end this misery.
