This week, we’re taking the road less traveled through Western Australia’s breathtaking Gascoyne Region. Get ready for stunning landscapes, epic outback vibes, and unique stops along the way!

Kennedy Range Track:
While we didn’t have time to take on the full track, it comes highly recommended for its incredible outback scenery.

Kennedy Ranges National Park:
Discover a massive plateau with 80-meter cliffs dropping into the red earth plains.
Explore the sandstone gorges, each with unique features carved by time.
Stay at Temple Gorge campground to witness the rocks glow bright red at sunrise—a must-see moment!

Mt. Augustus:
Known as the world’s largest inselberg, this iconic rock formation is a true outback gem. While the roads to Mt. Augustus are dirt, they’re well-maintained, making it accessible for most vehicles (perfect for our Mog!).

Why Visit the Gascoyne Region?
This lesser-traveled area offers serene landscapes, well-kept roads, and a genuine outback experience without the crowds. Whether you’re tackling 4WD tracks or simply soaking in the rugged beauty, the Gascoyne has something special for every adventurer.
