This build has 75% block chance, spell supression, all ele capped including chaos, immune to ailments via (purity of elements), 6 endurance charges, 10k armour, 10k evasion and also fortify from melee hits.
Minimum build budget: 2/3d
Currently: 100d because of Nimis, Headhunter and Gold Flask. All 3 are secondary but honestly with Nimis and HH you will blast maps alot faster.
