Jesus is God’s Son. He paid for all the sin of the whole entire world. He died for you! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 Jesus was beaten, mocked, tortured beyond measure, and nailed to the cross of Calvary for us. “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
After Jesus was crucified, He rose again! He is alive! “And the angel answered and said unto the woman, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” Matthew 28:5-6 He lives forever! “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever live there to make intercession for them.” Hebrews 7:25
We are all sinners condemned to die and burn in Hell forever. The Bible tells us in Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
I am a sinner, but I will not go to Hell! I am saved! I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Saviour! He is God’s free gift to us!
All you must do to be saved is repent and trust Jesus Christ to save you! Turn from anything you are holding onto that is keeping you from trusting Him, and just believe on Him! You must realize you are a sinner, and there is nothing you can do to save yourself. You must put your complete faith and trust in Christ alone to save you from your sin. He is the only way. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father, but by me.” John 14:6
You cannot work your way to Heaven. It is impossible. Jesus already paid for all of your sin. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
Won’t you trust Jesus today? You can be His forever! He loves you, and longs to know you. He wants to give you everlasting life, and make you free from sin.
